Divine Love
This is the fourth energy center — when listed alphabetically — and is the energy center of Divine Love and Healing. As your Soul is centered in this energy, you are an innate expert at being in relationships. You are also a natural healer – it’s not something you do, it’s just who you are. Your healing gift is loving acceptance and non-judgment. You hold a sacred space for others in which they can reclaim the pieces of themselves that they have made wrong or disowned. The greatest value you offer is simply your presence – generally, we want to spend time with you without knowing why.
You love being with people and we innately trust you and are willing to share just about anything with you because you are so non-judgmental. You are frequently an excellent listener because you create such a natural sacred space of non-judgment. You are an incredibly giving person (who can easily turn into a doormat!!!) and you can become depleted because of this trait. People may take advantage of your generous and giving nature.
You are a natural healer – whether you do this formally or informally. You bring us back into our wholeness through loving self-acceptance and non-judgment.
You tend to need close relationships, and love taking care of others and being taken care of, nurturing and being nurtured. It’s all about inter-dependency and relationships for you. You need people to relate to and be in a relationship with. You find your greatest success when you are both supporting others and being supported, and when you uphold healthy boundaries in your relationships.
You can make an excellent manager in the business world because you truly make your teams feel cared for. You evoke incredible loyalty in the people that work for you. You excel in any environment where people must feel nurtured, from hospitality to healthcare, and are gifted at creating great customer service experiences. The negative polarity of this Energy Center is a lack of support. You must address or eliminate situations in which you feel you are going it alone, with nobody to help, nurture, or support you.
Because you are so relationship-centric, you must at times learn to be more conditional with the people around you. You have to be discerning as to how much you give without receiving in return. You also frequently have to learn how to say “no.” It is appropriate to receive as much as we give in relationships. However, when you feel unsupported, you tend to model by giving what you want to receive, which can backfire. You give and expect others to give back in return; which often never happens. Instead of renegotiating or eliminating the relationship, you then tend to double down on modeling what you wish to receive, giving even more. In this way, you may end up resentful and depleted, and end up in the dysfunctional aspect of this Energy Center: the martyr who gives without ever receiving anything back. When you are in depletion from lack of support, you have a tendency to go into helplessness.
Instead of seeking to be truly supported and nurtured, you want someone to just handle aspects of life FOR you. You will abdicate responsibility for your finances, aspects of your business, etc., all in the name of “being supported,” but actually end up disempowered and even more helpless in this process. You may slip into victimization as well as depletion, feeling that the world is a very unfair place in which you always give but never receive back.
Divine Love Summary
You embody love, self-acceptance, non-judgment and healing. You can be an excellent manager and listener, and you are trustworthy.
You can over-give while being closed to receiving and sacrifice for others at your own expense. You can become depleted; when you feel unsupported, you may feel helpless and become bitter.
