Divine Power
This is the seventh energy center — when listed alphabetically — and is the energy center of Divine Power, which we access through free will and choice. This energy center is about doing and being whatever we want, without limitation. Having freedom of choice is incredibly important to you, and a sense of freedom is one of your most important values. You are highly energetically sensitive and have an innate understanding of energy. You may be very intuitive or psychic but can also be introverted because being around people and their noisy energy all day is exhausting.
You manifest extremely quickly and powerfully. This means that, when aligned, you create results very quickly. However, when you are in misalignment, you also very powerfully manifest a whole bunch of nothing. You must learn to take the immediate feedback you receive from your results … “things” will not get better “eventually.” You are highly independent and strong-willed. You hate being stuck in situations where you feel you have no choice. You take action more easily than most, because you understand that only choice creates new experience. You can, however, get stuck in being busy, rather than productive.
You embrace change more readily than most people, and can become the driving force behind the change, and create what you want consciously. You love tools and learning how to use them, because each tool represents new possibilities and new choices being available to you! Because you have such a strong desire for self-determination, you may not have enjoyed being a child and not being able to make your own choices. Money is highly important to you, because it allows you freedom of choice.
You often find success in leadership positions. You have a lot of energy, and your strong will often makes you charismatic and attractive to others. You are willing to stick your neck out and go first. You are not risk-averse … you are often more willing to fail than most, because you realize that you are always empowered to correct your mistakes down the road. This means you often do best as an entrepreneur. This also gives you more opportunity to live as you choose.
The negative polarity of this Energy Center is obligation. Whenever you feel like you “have to” or “should” and that you don’t have freedom of choice, you must address or eliminate those situations and relationships. Instead of eliminating obligation, you may actually take on more responsibility so that you can do things your own way. You are a high-energy person who can take on a lot, including responsibilities that aren’t even your own. If you continue to tolerate obligation, you will become resentful over your lack of freedom and independence.
When you are accountable to too many other people, you will find yourself frustrated with the pace of others, who don’t take action fast enough for you. You will be resentful of people taking up your time, which is another form of freedom. Your Gift of energetic sensitivity will feel like a burden and cause you to become reclusive. If you become overloaded enough, you will engage with the dysfunctional aspect of this Energy Center, which is possibility paralysis. Rather than making more choices and putting still more responsibilities and obligations on your own plate, you will get stuck in endlessly exploring possibilities.
You will endlessly explore new tools, new knowledge, etc. for the sake of creating more and more possibilities in your life, without actually moving forward into any of them. You will get stuck in indecision – but your form of indecision can look very busy! You can even rationalize why you need yet another piece of software or tool or training before you can finally move forward. Meanwhile, you are actually just spinning your wheels (procrastinating or time wasting) and not creating any new results.
Divine Power Summary
You are highly sensitive, psychic and intuitive. Freedom of choice is very important to you, and you can adopt change more easily than others. You are willing to take risks and fail, and you love new tools and learning how to use them.
You can take on too much responsibility, feel frustrated with others and become resentful of the time they take up. You can suffer from ‘possibility paralysis’ – endlessly exploring possibilities and not wanting to drop any options. Your indecision can look very busy.
